I am reminded of an old Wendy's commercial with a very snarky old woman yelling "Where's the Beef?" over and over.....
For some reason I feel this way right now......so CCP ... Where's the Beef?
You first dropped some miner (pun intended) changes to the mining barges - basically you repainted them added a stripper or removed a stripper and told us "yaaay" New StuffGäó. I do appreciate the new art, but would have preferred some more substantive things which i have already outlined in the feedback thread. So I won't drone on about it here.
Then you dropped a biggie - changes to ongrid boosting ....nice distraction :) Get tons of people up in arms over something they had been warned was coming for ages.
But what you really surprised me with was then dropping ALPHA CLONE...... This had the wondrous effect of distracting angry miners and pvp fanboi's from the two previous topics on to something that after one takes a good hard look at it, was quite alot of nothing. In fact sorta like taking trial accounts - slapping a new coat of paint on them and selling it off as "new" and innovative. Please don't get me wrong. I applaud these moves. Keeps people guessing.
But even after all these things - I am left asking myself "Where's the Beef?"
Where are the dev blogs about upcoming industrial changes?
Where are the industrial/research arrays?
Where are the dev blogs about the actual Rorq changes not just the on grid stuff?
When is cancer / svipul being cured?
The November dates are rapidly approaching, and even if they are not ready for SiSi it might be time to let us know the direction and give people a chance to think them over (whine and complain).
Now perhaps I am just hungry. Which tbh would not be far from the truth, but I would like some beef please....tofu and salad is just not cutting it right now.

As for the Eve related stuffs you mentioned, all good things will come in due time, my friend. Some things are slated for the Nov release and not for the Sept one. Not to be one of those "back in my day" types, but just be glad we don't still have to wait for something solid for a minimum of 6 months at a time like we used to.
sadly there was but one Arbys drive thru here....and it closed.
no more bacon cheddar curly fries im afraid......

What the **** do you want? CCP is evolving Eve at a fast pace and you are crying for beef? Flown the new Fauxes, tested the new capital waepons, build a citadel? If not there is a lot for you to test out.

cap weapons - old news
citadel buiilding - yup
i want moar ... you sound like a vegitarian....don't knock beef
ohh and one last thing...mining ships are not getting an overhaul unless you consider a new coat of paint an overhaul...the stats are basically all the same. |

oh pumpkin, I'm not in any corp right now however if you had taken the time to look you would see that I have been in corps before
I have lived in Null, low, wh's and high. but I guess it was just too much effort for you to look at history.
i love npc corps, wish i could get back into CAS tbh, best npc corp.
But im full again, Fozzie posted an update on fleet boosts, which satiated my EvE hunger, and this pastrami and swiss satisfied the grumbling in muh tummy. |
